Air Management Kits
Air Management Kits
Configurable complete packages for air generation and control
This category includes preconfigured and configurable air supply kits that bundle the core components of compressed-air generation into one system. The focus is on clean system integration across compressor, tank, valve hardware, sensors, and electrical connectivity.
Why air supply kits
A kit reduces interface risk because flow rate, storage volume, valve hardware, and sensing are matched to each other and designed around typical pressure ranges. This is especially relevant when you need not only air generation, but also monitoring, protection functions, and a defined operating logic.
When selecting, consider the desired redundancy (single/dual compressor), tank volume, and whether pressure and optional height
sensing should be integrated.
Technical characteristics
- Configurable compressor and tank combinations (e.g. comp1 EVO / comp2 EVO, tank1 EVO / tank2 EVO)
- Valve and connection concept including fitting pack, water separator, and line diameter options
- Sensing for system pressure, optionally expandable with height sensors and sensor setup tooling
- Electrical integration with wiring looms, relay/protection, and system-side monitoring
Air generation
Dimensioning via flow rate and storage volume: single or dual compressor setup, one or two tanks, and suitable line cross-sections to achieve the required fill and response behavior.Control & sensing
System logic with pressure monitoring and optional height feedback; depending on configuration with a pressure sensor block and valve integration such as valve4 or compatible solenoid valves.Install & protection
Installation and connection scope for repeatable integration: wiring routing, mounting hardware, water separator, plus protection and safeguarding elements for a clean electrical and pneumatic setup.
Air supply kits combine the key assemblies for air generation, storage, distribution, and monitoring into a matched package,
simplifying technical sizing and system integration.
