Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement on our website www.streetec.shop. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) that we have received your withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement for goods that can be returned by parcel until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

We will collect goods that cannot be returned by parcel.

You must return or hand over goods that can be returned by parcel to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods that can be returned by parcel before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be returned by parcel as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by parcel. The costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by parcel are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 120.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
