Not approved for use under German road traffic regulations (StVZO)
Vehicles with electronically adjustable dampers (e.g. DCC) require a deactivation kit.
Air management not included – required separately
STREETEC performance air suspension combines a low stance with full everyday usability – low when parked, back to the
approved ride height before you drive off. Vehicle-specific twin-tube dampers and air springs for the front and rear
axle form a complete kit designed for the Mercedes-Benz SL R129.
Twin-tube dampers tuned for everyday driving
The vehicle-specific twin-tube dampers work together with the air springs as one matched unit. Short impacts and long
undulations are damped in a balanced way: the car stays settled on the motorway and easy to control on poor roads. The
setup is fixed for the specific vehicle, so there is nothing for you to set.
Low when parked, raised for the driveway
You adjust the ride height via air pressure: aired out for a low stance when parked, raised for driveways and rough
stretches. This kit is not approved under German road traffic regulations (StVZO) – please keep this in mind before
using it on public roads. Installation should be carried out by a specialist workshop, followed by a wheel alignment
and a headlight adjustment check.
Made for the SL R129
The kit is designed for the Mercedes-Benz SL of the R129 series. No parts certificate is available for this kit: the vehicles in the vehicle list are a technical fit but are not approved under German road traffic regulations (StVZO).
Target Groups
Daily drivers with stance
Low when parked, at the approved ride height on the road – with a setup made for every day.
New to air suspension
A complete kit for front and rear axle – a well-engineered way into air suspension.
Garage ramps and kerbs
For driveways and ramps the car can be raised while stationary and lowered again afterwards.
Shows & meets
Aired out the car sits low at the meet and drives home afterwards at the approved ride height.
