STREETEC offers two compressors: the comp1 EVO and the comp2 EVO. Both run on 12V, share the same physical size, and are built for continuous operation in the vehicle. The difference is performance – the comp2 EVO builds pressure faster and therefore runs for shorter periods.
For smaller vehicles like a Golf or Polo, the comp1 EVO is perfectly sufficient. For larger and heavier vehicles with bigger air bellows – such as a VW Bus or Crafter – we recommend the comp2 EVO to avoid unnecessarily long compressor run times.
Anyone who needs even faster response or wants to run two independent circuits can use two compressors in parallel. The Dual Packs bundle two compressors in one package – and anyone who needs two anyway can save a bit in the process.
